Ingredients: Raspberry Leaf, Lady's Mantle, Nettle, Rose, + Peppermint.
Instructions: Steep 1 TBSP with nearly boiling water for 10-15 minutes, covered. Strain, mix in Rose-Infused Honey, + enjoy. Drink 1-3 cups daily.
Includes 1 ounce of loose leaf tea, or about 15 cups.
